Since the beginning of this year, we have been honored to welcome a growing number of international patients to our clinic. However, as Dr. Seo was managing a high volume of consultations and procedures alone, we decided to expand our medical team by adding two experienced doctors to further strengthen our services and ensure the highest quality of care. These doctors have extensive experience in skin procedures, and under Dr. Seo’s direct guidance and mentorship, they have become proficient and skilled members of our team. Their profiles are now available on our website for your reference before your visit.
In October, as our team expansion was finalized, adjustments to procedure prices became necessary due to the increasing demand to consult directly with Dr. Seo. We recognize that advance notice regarding the price adjustments was insufficient, which may have caused some confusion for our patients. We have since revised the pricing so that all doctors, including Dr. Seo, offer procedures at consistent rates, and we commit to providing advance notice of any future price changes.
In response to our patients’ feedback, we are continuously working on improvements and adjustments to our services. This includes hiring English-speaking staff and conducting regular customer service training. Our goal is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and provide top-quality care.
